ABOUT SMD

SMD is the Minneapolis based design studio of Sean McGrath. Currently employed as a web designer with SportsEngine, a Sports Relationship Management technology company, Sean has been a leader in graphic design, web design and consultation services for over fifteen years. His creative experience includes design and art direction while working with teams, or independently, in agency and in-house corporate environments. Projects have included websites, digital assets, logos, brand identity systems, books, catalogs, packaging, marketing collateral, environmental graphics and more.

Sean enjoys collaborating directly with clients and works with a diverse network of creatives who are some of the industries best. He has worked with galleries, museums, non-profits, artists, sports teams, educational organizations and more to provide art direction, consultation and design services.
